1) Information on products and sizes

The L'Inde Le Palais online boutique showcases a directional range of high-end fashion and design from the two namesake stores in the heart of Bologna, Italy. The hand-picked selection includes clothing, accessories and luxury homeware from world-renowned brands and cutting edge designers.

As well as all the top picks from the latest collections, you will also find exclusive previews and the most iconic looks of the season.

To help you choose the perfect size, we always state the size on the original tag of the item, which will be a good reference if you already own something by the same designer. Click on our Size Guide, available on every product page, to see the approximate conversions.

2) Online purchases

You can explore our catalogue by choosing between Men or Women's collection, choose a Designer or see all New Arrivals. If you are looking for a specific item, you can also use our keyword search box.

After selecting your size you can add the product to the Shopping Bag.

Before confirming your order, you will need to enter the shipping address and select one of the following payment methods: credit card, PayPal, wire transfer .

Once you have completed your purchase, will send you a confirmation email with a recap of your order. Registered customers will also find their order details in their account.

3) Shipping Times and Costs

Shipping Times and Costs by Country:

Please consider these delivery times are approximate and may vary according to your exact address, during holidays or particular periods of the year, or for circumstances of force majeure.

The courier delivers Monday to Friday, excluding national and local holidays. The courier cannot ship to PO Boxes or General Delivery / Poste Restante addresses.

Please make sure you select the Country where you want your order delivered before you proceed to checkout.

4) Order tracking

You will receive an email to acknowledge your order has shipped, with a Tracking Number you can use to follow the delivery on the courier's website.

The Tracking Number usually takes 24 hours from shipping to become active, so please check back the following day if you don't see any immediate updates.

As the courier could request a signature at delivery, we suggest choosing an address where you or someone else will be available during office hours (for example at a concierge or office address). If no-one is available to receive the order, the courier will leave a note with a contact number.

If the order is not picked up within the time frame indicated by the courier, it will be returned to our warehouse and refunded.

5) Countries to which we deliver

You can find the full list of Countries we ship to by clicking on the delivery country on the top left hand corner of our web site.

Please make sure you select the Country where you want your order delivered: the items in your Shopping Bag will no longer be available if you change Country during your order. Our catalogue, payment and shipping services also change according to Country. Please note the courier does not ship to PO Boxes and General Delivery / Poste Restante addresses
