Payments and refunds

1) Payment methods

We offer various payment methods:

  • Credit card: We accept credit and debit cards from the main international networks. Your card details will be encrypted and transmitted to the bank ensuring the absolute safety of each transaction;
  • PayPal: when you confirm your order you will be directed to paypal.com to complete payment. You can use PayPal to pay with your card even if you do not have an account with them;
  • Wire transfer: we will email you the instructions for completing the wire transfer as soon as you confirm your order. The products will be shipped only after our bank confirms the amount has been successfully transferred;

We ensure the safety of all payments thanks to state of the art security protocols. Your data will be used only by the transaction gateway and will remain totally illegible to us and to any third parties. All data entered at checkout remains safe.

All transactions from our website are in Euros (€). If your local currency is not the Euro, the charges you see in your account (both for orders and refunds) may be subject to the current exchange rate. Please note we have no control over exchange rate fluctuations and we cannot foresee or take any action on the exchange rate applied by your bank.

2) Requesting a return

If for any reason whatsoever you prefer not to keep one or more products, you have 14 days from delivery of the order to request a return.

To send us your return request, fill in the online Return Form

If you prefer, we can organise a free product exchange instead of the refund. You can ask our Customer Care for an exchange before filling in the Return Form.

From our return authorisation email, you have a further 14 days to ship the products back to us. We will provide you all the necessary instructions by email.

Before requesting the return, kindly verify the products are exactly as you received them, with all labels and security tags attached, including any accessories or special packaging. Please read our "Return Conditions" for further information.

3) Shipping your return

We will email you a pre-filled UPS label with a return Tracking Number after we receive your return request. Please print this label and contact the courier by calling the number you find on www.ups.com.

Remember to tell the courier the Tracking Number you find on the label.

We charge a flat return shipping fee of €15. You will not need to pay this fee to the courier when they come to collect your return: it will simply be deducted from your refund after we have received the items at our warehouse.

4) Return conditions

Before you request a return, please read the following conditions carefully:

  • The products must be exactly as you received them, with all labels and/or tags attached, including any accessories or special packaging We cannot accept incomplete, used or damaged items;
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from delivery of your order;
  • Products must be shipped back to L'Inde Le Palais within 14 days from when you receive our return authorisation;
  • The return must be shipped from the same Country where you received it;
  • Products purchased in L'Inde Le Palais retail stores cannot be returned following this procedure.

Please note we are unable to accept any return that does not comply with these policies. If you have any doubts or questions please contact us.

5) Refund times

As soon as we receive your return we will check the products and the order comply with our return conditions. This process may take up to 5 working days

If you requested an exchange, your new products will be shipped immediately.

If you requested a refund, it will be issued as soon as possible.

For orders paid by credit/debit card or PayPal, the refund will be issued automatically to the same card or account. If you paid by wire transfer , the refund can only be issued to a bank account: we will therefore need to contact you to request the IBAN code and account holder information.

You should see the credit in your account within 2 weeks from when your refund was issued. If you do not see the credit within this time frame, please don't hesitate to contact us.
